Yes. We don’t track “in time / out time”. We care about ownership, not optics. You’re expected to be available for important syncs, collaborate with your team, and deliver what you commit to. As long as work moves and you communicate clearly, no one is counting minutes.

It means exactly that — you can take leave on any day. Need a random Tuesday for family, exams, or just rest? Take it. Just inform your manager and team, hand over anything critical, and we’ll support you. We trust adults to behave like adults.

We’re an in-office startup. We believe some of the best ideas happen on whiteboards, over chai, and during random “have you tried this?” moments. For genuine emergencies or special cases, we’re flexible — but our default is building together in one space.

Fun Fridays: Games, team activities, food, inside jokes, sometimes early wrap-ups — a lighter end to the week without killing productivity.

Fun Mondays: Chill starts, shorter check-ins, small games or discussions so Mondays don’t feel like punishment. We reset together instead of rushing into chaos.

You’ll be building real products, automation and systems — not dummy tasks. Expect code reviews, pairing with seniors, direct feedback, and chances to own full modules. If you want to coast, this won’t fit. If you want to level up fast, it will.
